We believe that high quality services are provided by high quality staff. Our staff includes qualified and trained practitioners, nurses as well as experienced helpers, At The Early Years we ensure that the child adult ratio is maintained at one adult to five children.

 
Our staff is required to update their knowledge about child development and appropriate activities through in service courses and informal research. We also have regular meetings and planning time to ensure that all the staff is well informed and are providing a quality program.
